Refund Policy

AEDP Metro DC sponsored workshops: Until the day prior the course beginning: you may choose a refund as follows:

  • we will refund your payment minus a 10% banking and administrative fee.

  • If you must leave a course after day 1: you will be refunded (minus 10%) for the part of the course that you did not complete. In other words we will prorate your total payment over the total number of days of the course and refund you for the balance of the course you were not able to attend, minus a 10% banking and administrative fee.

Core Trainings Once your registration is complete, please problem solve your refund request with the Lead faculty member who is running the Core Training.  If the faculty member agrees to refund you it will be less 10% banking and administrative fee.

Membership: You will receive a full refund of your membership if it’s within 30 days of registration and if the promo code provided was not used. After 30 days or if the promo code is used there a no refunds. If you are not interested in automatic billing for yearly membership dues please change the settings on your Paypal account.
